Iphone Cases

When I got my iPhone 4S, I wanted to tote it inside a black leather cases that could be clipped onto my belt, even though my iPhone was bulky because of the Otterbox cases I bought for it. This Cases Logic cellphone cases fit my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!

BACKGROUND: Last fall, I bought my first iPhone. Because iPhones are so expensive to repair or replace, I wanted to get a good cases for my iPhone, but I also didn't want it to become a brick in size, either. I opted to buy the Otterbox Commuter Series Hybrid Cases for iPhone 4 & 4S - Retail Packaging - Black, which offers good impact protection for my iPhone, but it's not as bulky as the Otterbox Defender line. Even so, the Otterbox Commuter cases makes my iPhone nearly twice as bulky in thickness, so finding a leather cases that was roomy enough to stow my Otterbox-protected iPhone was a challenge. Local stores I tried didn't have a black leather, belt-clippable cases that was big enough for my iPhone + Otterbox Commuter cases. When I ordered this Cases Logic cases, though, its X-Large size fit my new iPhone/Otterbox combination perfectly.

WHAT I LIKE:

- X-Large size means this leather cases can snuggly stow my iPhone 4S with an Otterbox Commuter cases
- Keeping my iPhone on my belt helps me avoid losing or dropping my iPhone
- The elastic side bands that attach the back leather cover to the front leather cover provide enough tension to keep my iPhone snug, without being too snug
- The single magnet inside the cover is strong enough to keep the cover securely shut, yet is very easy to open when I want to remove my iPhone
- The belt clip fits my very thick, braided, leather belt
- The belt clip, unlike other clips on other leather cases, is completely shrouded in sewn leather
- After nearly six month's of daily use, the case's belt clip shows very little wear-and-tear, although I remove it from my belt daily
- The cases does not expose the corner edges of my iPhone, so when my iPhone is inside this leather cases, if the whole cases falls to the ground and strikes the corner firstly, the leather on the corner of this cases helps absorb the shock, even before the Otterbox cases gets involved
- The leather front cover has a simply designed, black matte finish
- My iPhone is easily removed and re-inserted back into this leather cases

CONCLUSION: Usually I offer an opinion on what I dislike about a product, or what I think could be done better. Unusually, there is *nothing* I dislike about this product, and there is nothing I think could be done to make it any better. Highly recommended!
